First of all, go to the folder you like to hide then follow the steps to hide it.
- Right-click on the folder
- Click on properties
- Now mark hide and apply it then click on ok
Now your folder has been hidden. It is different in windows 7 and 10 to see or access the hidden folders. Follow the given steps to see or access it.
Windows 7
- Go to "This PC"
- Click on "Organize" given at the left corner of the window.
- Click on the "Folder and search options"
- Now click on "View"
- Now click on "show hidden files, folders, drive
- Click on apply & ok
Windows 10
- Go to "This PC"
- Click on "View"
- Now mark on "Hidden items"
