To grab a real-time picture of any fake account user you're chatting with first you have to make a fake account user somehow open a social engineering link, a social engineering link also can be called a phishing link which can hack anyone's front camera once the victim clicks on that link and also allow camera permission.
If the fake account user does not open your link then we can't do anything and if he/she opens your phishing link and didn't allow camera permission then we only get the Ip and device details of the fake account user, and if you are lucky enough and fake account user click on your link and also allowed camera permission then you get their real-time front camera snap or picture.
