Hey guys we are back with another blog post in which we are going to show you how we can enable or use linux terminal on your windows operating system. So if you like to use linux on windows without actually installing linux OS on your machine then without wasting more time let's get started.
Requirements:-
- Windows Version - 1809 Or Above
So If you don't have the first upgrade your windows to latest version and follow given steps
Enable Linux Subsystem:-
1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > For Developers and enable developer mode
2. Go to Settings > Apps & Features and click on "Turn Windows features on or off"
3. Find windows subsystem for linux and mark it
4. Click on ok and reboot your PC.

Ubuntu Terminal:-
Now you need to install ubuntu from windows application store and i recommend you to install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS because other versions have some bug. Once installation completed you can launch your ubuntu app and use it in your way.
